- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups heated milk
Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt, add to boiling water and let boil 8 to 10 minutes. Add milk and serve at once.
