- 2 lbs. salmon
- 3 cups water
- 1 tbs. chopped parsley
- 1 sliced carrot
- 3 tbs. olive oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 cloves
- 1 sliced lemon
- ½ cup diced celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
Have salmon sliced about 2 inches thick.
Boil all ingredients except salmon and lemon about 20 minutes or until tender.
Serve very hot with own broth. Garnish with lemon slices. Serves 4.
